$16.00-18.00 / hour to START for dependable Floor Tech!   

We're a property maintenance contractor in need of Janitorial Floor Techs. Our starting hourly rate is $16.00-$18.00 depending on qualifications and experience. 

Job requirements include:

• Class E driver's license (or better) with a clean driving record ( minimum of 3 years driving experience)
• Valid DOT physical is required before start date
• You must be drug free (all employees are tested includes marijuana)
• Ability to read maps and follow directions
• Possess a good knowledge of all major roads and highways in the St. Louis metro area.
• Ability to work overnight hours in all weather conditions.

Job duties:

• Independently operate company vehicle to transport equipment and supplies to various job sites.
• Operate carpet cleaning equipment, floor buffers, and strip/wax equipment.
• Attention to detail on all floor care jobs.
• Pre-shift and post-shift truck check to ensure proper operation of the vehicle.
• Fueling and cleaning company vehicles.
• Communicate with supervision about scheduling various floor care projects in multiple job sites.
